We only sell our products in one currency, which is Euro. If your Paypal account or credit card is in any other currency, you can still easily use these payment methods for orders on our website. Paypal or your credit card provider will automatically convert the currencies and you will be charged in your local currency.

If you use Paypal, it will show you the amount you will pay in your own currency at the checkout. At this point you will still be able to cancel the payment process. If you wish to find out how much you would pay in your local currency, you will be able to see it when you are redirected to Paypal. If you do not confirm the payment on Paypal, your order will not be submitted and you will not be charged.

If you use a credit card, you will only see the amount you will pay for your order in Euro before your order is confirmed. Your credit card provider will automatically convert the payment into your local currency, which you then will see on your credit card statement.

Customs, import duties and import taxes may apply for orders placed from outside the European Union, depending on the country you are ordering from and the total value of your order.

If the country you are ordering from is in the European Union, no customs, duties, charges or additional taxes will apply for your order on our website.

Low value thresholds are usually per person per day. In case customs, charges and taxes would apply for the items you are planning to order, splitting these into several orders so that the threshold per person per day is not exceeded, might be an option to avoid unnecessary charges.

If the country you are ordering from is neither listed above, nor a member of the European Union, it does not necessarily mean that customs, duties and taxes will apply for your order on our website. Unfortunately, we are not able to monitor customs regulations for each country outside the European Union and therefore cannot provide you with any information on this topic.
