We offer free worldwide shipping for any order on our website.

Your order will be ready to ship within 1-3 working days.

Orders are dispatched from Germany. Deliveries in Germany and inside the EU usually take 1-3 working days.

Deliveries outside the EU usually take 3-10 working days. Occasionally, customs or courier delays may occur for delivieries outside the EU.

We accept exchanges and returns on all our products within 14 days after the delivery of your order.

The requirement for an accepted return is that the returned item/s are in the original condition with the care label and the hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

If you wish to keep item/s and only return or exchange part of your order, please send us only the item/s you would like to refund or exchange.

The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Alpikini are not covered, nor reimbursed by us.

To initiate a return, please send us an email to returns@alpikini.com.

We will provide you with the full address and with your Returns Authorisation Number.

For an accepted return, you must send us the item/s you wish to refund or exchange together with your Returns Authorisation Number within 14 days after initiation of the return.

If you like to exchange item/s, the new item/s are ready to be shipped within 1-3 working days after we have received the returned item/s.

If you like to refund item/s, we will refund you within 1-3 working days after we have received the returned item/s using the same payment method, which you used for the payment.
